Editor’s note
The Yoga 7i Gen 10 is Lenovo's mainstream 16-inch convertible: a 360-degree hinge, a touchscreen and stylus support, aimed at people who sketch, annotate or present as well as type. This configuration uses Intel's Core Ultra 5 226V — Lunar Lake, with a 48 TOPS NPU that makes it a full Copilot+ PC — plus 16GB of LPDDR5X and a 1TB SSD.
As a convertible it is well specified. The 16-inch 1920×1200 touchscreen sits in a useful 16:10 ratio, there are four microphones and a 3.7MP webcam with IR for Windows Hello, and the 70Wh battery combined with Lunar Lake's efficiency gives real all-day endurance. Ports cover two Thunderbolt-capable USB-C, a USB-A, HDMI and an SD card reader, with Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Build is aluminium throughout.
The honest problem with any 16-inch convertible is physics. At 1.77kg this is heavy to hold as a tablet for more than a few minutes — tent and stand modes are far more practical than tablet mode, and if you mainly want to draw, a smaller convertible or an iPad is a better tool. The screen is glossy rather than anti-glare and runs at 60Hz, which is a curious choice on a 2025 premium machine and noticeable against the 120Hz panels rivals ship. Memory is soldered at 16GB, graphics are integrated Arc 130V, and Lenovo does not publish an sRGB figure for the base panel.
Buy it if you want one machine that handles typing, presenting and occasional pen input with long battery life. Skip it if you want a real tablet experience, need a high-refresh or colour-accurate screen, or want upgradeable memory — a conventional clamshell gives you more for the same money.

How the VS Score works — and what it can’t tell you
Every measurable spec is scored against the average of all the laptops we track: matching the class average scores 50, clearly beating it climbs towards 100, and each spec counts according to an editorial weight that reflects real-world impact — a battery-capacity gap moves the score far more than a colour-options list. The quality bars on the spec cards above show where this model sits inside the full range for its class, and the overall VS Score rolls every weighted result into one number.
Unknown values are never estimated. A spec this product doesn’t report simply drops out of its scoring — it isn’t penalised with a guess — but a thinner spec sheet does mean a score built on fewer data points, which is why completeness is disclosed under About this data.
Most importantly: a spec-sheet lead is not the same as a better product. Megapixels, gigahertz and benchmark points describe capacity, not experience — image processing, software optimisation, thermals, haptics and ergonomics decide how a device actually feels, and no table captures reliability or long-term support quality. Treat the VS Score as a structured summary of what can be measured, not a substitute for your own priorities.
About this data
- Specifications are compiled from each manufacturer’s official spec sheet, cross-checked against trusted specification databases, and normalised into one schema so identical things are compared identically.
- Specifications last verified July 27, 2026.
- Data completeness: 49 of the 53 specs in this category are verified (92%). Anything we could not verify is shown as Unknown — never estimated — and is excluded from the score.
- Prices and availability come from live retailer feeds via our shopping partners and refresh throughout the day; a missing price means no partner currently lists the product, not that it is discontinued.
